Our Process
Our team supports both trade professionals and individuals.

If you are new to this, you may have a lot of questions. Let us be your guide, and read below to learn more about how we get started.

If you are a trade professional, we speak the same language. On-site measures are optional. We are happy to work with fabrics and hardware that you procure, including receiving materials in our workroom. Just let us know what works best for your team.

Step #1
Orientation
Our first step is always the same – getting to know you and your goals. We want to learn what you would like to incorporate in a new design. And we ask questions like whether you want darkness when you sleep or enjoy dappled sunlight in the reading nook. Bottom line, you be you, and we will be off to a great start.


Step #2
Design Development
At this point, it is likely we will come to measure your home or office. And we will schedule time for you to visit our design studio, review fabrics (we have thousands of options), and decide on details -- like trims, hardware, linings, motorization, and more.​
Once we stack hands on our plan, we will provide a detailed proposal and cost estimate.
Step #3
Build and Install
This is when the workroom gets to work!
From this point, we will order your fabric and all the materials to build your order. And as soon as we are done, your installation is scheduled.
Have no worries: we attend the installation to ensure everything is perfect as planned!
